  • Thumbs up to not having finals on Friday. More vacation is always good.
  • Thumbs up to the swans going away for the winter. We can walk the paths without fear!

  • Thumbs down to having so many tests and projects the week before finals.
  • Thumbs down to whoever put the barrel in the lake. Grow up, you’re in college.
  • Thumbs down to finals that are at 8 in the morning. Who’s awake that early?

  • Thumbs up to only one more week of school.
  • Thumbs up to Relay for Life for passing its fundraising goal.
  • Thumbs up to the seniors. Congratualtions, you’ve survived college.

  • Thumbs down to comprehensive finals.
  • Thumbs down to the small job market. It’s hard to make a living when no one’s hiring.
  • Thumbs down to the people who play ping-pong during performances in Tiger Inn .

  • Thumbs up to Stop Day. It ran smoothly and people had fun.
  • Thumbs up to only two more weeks of school.
  • Thumbs up to Doane’s Relay for Life teams for raising money for a good cause.

  • Thumbs down to the sunburns people got during Stop Day.
  • Thumbs down to the wind on Stop Day.
  • Thumbs down to all the projects that will be due next week.

  • Thumbs up to the women’s tennis team for beating Morningside 6-3.
  • Thumbs up to bringing a magician to campus.
  • Thumbs up to Mitch Vernon for being GPAC and NAIA Region IV player of the week.

  • Thumbs down to poor attendance at Sarah Weddington’s speech. She deserved a bigger audience.
  • Thumbs down to a limited number of free tickets for the magician.
  • Thumbs down to the hassle of housing

  • Thumbs up to all the activities that are going on around campus the next few weeks.
  • Thumbs up to the nice spring weather.
  • Thumbs up to men’s track team for winning their dual against Nebraskan Wesleyan.

  • Thumbs down to watering the sidewalk.
  • Thumbs down to having to experience the spring weather by glancing out a window while stuck in a classroom.
  • Thumbs down to tests that are scheduled back to back.

  • Thumbs up to nice spring weather.
  • Thumbs up to the Forensics team for making the top 25 last weekend.

  • Thumbs down to swans attacking unsuspecting students.
  • Thumbs down to the Crete children who throw rocks and aggravate the swans.
  • Thumbs down to the cafeteria still cutting apples and oranges in half. Yuck.

  • Thumbs down to network freezes. It seems to happen just before you save.
  • Thumbs down to the new viruses acting like Doane e-mail. Don’t open them!
